( in .jpg format with Maximum size 80 KB)

2. QUALIFYING MARK STATEMENT
i) For Under Graduate Programmes -10th, 11th (If you have the document) and 12th Std. Statement of Marks
ii) For Post Graduate Programmes- UG Statement of Marks

3. COMMUNITY CERTIFICATE(Not applicable for OC applicant).

4. BAPTISM CERTIFICATE & a letter from PARISH PRIEST (For Roman Catholic and Dalit Roman Catholic),

5. DOCUMENT PROOF (If you claim for any special quota)

The scanned copy of each document must be in black and white and within 200 KB size

You can pay the cost of application through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or By Cash at any branch of Axis Bank (through EASY PAY) as per your convenience.
