2. QUALIFYING MARK STATEMENT
i) For Under Graduate Programmes - 11th (If you have the document) and 12th Std. Statement of Marks
i) For Post Graduate Programmes-10th, 12th and UG Statement of Marks

3. COMMUNITY CERTIFICATE(Not applicable for OC applicant).

4. BAPTISM CERTIFICATE & a letter from PARISH PRIEST (For Roman Catholic and Dalit Roman Catholic),

5. DOCUMENT PROOF (If you claim for any special quota)

The scanned copy of each document must be in black and white and within 200 KB size
